  • Share.

    In order for me to help you with whatever it is you need help with, I’ll need you to share your story with me. Whether I’m helping you decorate your bedroom or get to the bottom of your self-confidence issues, I’ll need some context. When we meet, please be ready to share your details. The more I know, the better I can help!

  • Plan.

    After I get a sense of what you’re trying to accomplish, I’ll put together a plan (proposal) for you. This proposal will outline how I intend to help you reach your goals, milestones for each task and ways we will monitor your progress.

  • Expand.

    Lifestyle coaching is all about growth and expansion. If you aren’t happy with certain areas in your life, that’s a sign that you’re stagnant. My goal in helping you through your concerns is all about expansion: expanding your mind, presence and environment. This is where the magic happens.
